I enjoy working in various industries such as automotive, appliance, and automation fields in regard to metal stamping, weld assembly automation / robot collaborative manufacturing. Our products ensure that only 1 sheet/blank is processed at a time to avoid crashing a die and damaging additional tooling components causing substantial downtime. Application examples: Transfer and tandem stamping, roll forming, front of line destacking/pick & place applications using EOAT (End of Arm Tooling). Similar applications for double part detection in that only 1 part/panel is placed into a weld cell / jig fixture in an automated weld cell. This ensures both quality and productivity to our customers around the world.
