I began hospitality when I was eighteen. I began in bottleshops alongside my theatre career. I worked in nightclubs and bottleshops until I moved to Brisbane to begin my acting career. I would soon give my arts career away loving bar tending at my first restaurant in 2012. I have since become immersed in food and beverage. I learnt all floor skills from bar tending, hosting, section waitor, managing bars and recently in 2021 managing my first restaurant with the support of the owner in Cairns. I moved to Byron Bay and managed a restaurant in my first Hotel, Crystalbrook Byron. I have since become the Food and Beverage Manager and am delighted in my role. Some of many highlights for me. * Being a part of the opening team and winning best new bar of the year at Lefties in Brisbane* Four years at Stokehouse St. Kilda as it reopened its doors to the public again* Being a part of the opening team and winning best new bar of the year at Bar Margaux in Melbourne* Having the opportunity to manage the bar at Gordita in Brisbane and enjoying the struggle* My first working experience was at Movida Original and I learnt how intense Melbourne Restaurant service can beI also have three yoga teacher trainings and I know my energy and success has a lot to do with the determination and consistency I can offer a venue due to the practice and discipline of my yoga. I am performer and have been acting from an early age even creating my own shows and story sharing giving me the ability to design a perfect service.
