Tram Operator (Multi-skilled) for the Rail Commissioner under the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) of South Australia.

I assist the relationship managers with growing their portfolios of customers. Skills I use every day include: financial account analysis, security analysis, customer interviews and handling customer inquiries, both managed and non-managed customers.As part of my role, I have acted in place of the relationship managers when they have been on leave. I have also undertaken the on-boarding of business customers from the initial interview to the draw down of the facility requested followed by the ongoing account management.

In charge of running the nightly nightfill, rostering, budget control, stock management, receiving of goods and store duty manangement.

Manager in charge of food costs and operational supply costs. In charge of running 10 shifts per fortnight across all operating hours of the store.
