I led a fantastic group of people through a successful change management process to align all 50 divisions with the owner's vision of a regenerative agri-tourism business. We used a framework of 'business for the Long Run' to guide the company in reimagining its commercial purpose, its relationships with communities, the centrality of conservation, and redeveloping its internal culture to preserve a particular external spirit of place

I led daily operations at SA Metal Group, managing teams of 400 to drive results. I executed key strategic projects, oversaw department managers, and improved operations, procurement, transportation, and yard processes. I also built supplier relationships, increasing industrial intake by 20% annually, and ensured transparent communication with shareholders. Achievements include a 60% fleet size reduction for better supplier control and timely completion of a new office and yard project.
