President of Silver Lake Construction since 2015. Responsible for all operations.

Responsible for ensuring delivery of over 2,000 foundations each year that meet all customer specifications and building code requirements. Permanent member of Safety Committee and responsible for ensuring daily compliance with all vehicle and job site safety procedures. Walk job sites weekly with Field Supervision to ensure that the correct information, the proper materials, and qualified employees are readily available to prepare the site for the installation of concrete foundations, concrete flatwork, and/or pavers.Conduct monthly meetings with Field and Office Supervision to review process gaps and breakdowns and identify remedies to prevent recurrence.

Oversaw company adherence to Accounting, HR, Safety, and Risk Management policies including document retention, completion of 3-hour safety orientation for new hires, 10-hour OSHA training for construction employees, 30-hour OSHA training for construction supervisors, and maintaining subcontractor compliance with contract and insurance documents.

Responsible for integrating two large concrete foundation installation businesses (together they placed over 11,000 foundations per year.)Conducted training for Operations and General Managers to ensure controls were in place and best practices were followed. Las Vegas Representative on multi-market Best Practices Committee for parent company, BMC.

Wrote the company's Quality Assurance Manual, oversaw implementation of those QA processes, and obtained Certification of our QA Program from the National Association of Home Builders. Managed bidding, contracting, and document control of over 4,000 concrete foundations each year.
