Working with an amazing team some key achievements:• Delivered D365 Finance ERP in just over 7 months shifting from many legacy systems to a fit for purpose finance system leveraging out of the box principles providing the Red Cross a foundation to follow funding through the entire tech stack.• Implemented RPA (Robotic Process Automation) automating several core business processes between legacy systems, creating both time and efficiency savings of over 1,800 days each year by automating the grants process.• Delivering the security uplift program to protect the Red Cross brand and its sensitive information reporting to the board has created a level of comfort that the Organisation is looking forward to not only mitigating cyber issues now but also readiness in the event of a cyber incident or breach.• Leveraging Data with the implementation of the Customer Data Platform and Enterprise Data Platforms to bring all data into a single location and leverage machine learning to understand Red Cross supporters and customise marketing journeys. -
