  I lead our various real-time 3D content teams across all projects and products.This includes high-level scoping, pipeline architecture and direction, real-time content optimization, shader and tools design, art direction and QA, look-development, rapid prototyping and R&D, client demo's and presentations, internal & external SME engagement, building best-practice and fostering the teams professional development.I am also charged with fully exploring the use case, benefits, viability and adoption of new and emerging technology for each of our 3D and XR pipelines.Typical day-to-day includes:- Unblocking the team and project leads.
