As a Senior Facility Advisor with JRMA, Mr. Wolfe provides planning, site layout, design, quality control, and owner's engineering services for a wide range of industrial and solid waste clients.

As the president of BD Consulting LLC (www.bdconsultingllc.net), Mr. Wolfe provides Owners, Architects and Engineers with facility expertise to lead and support the delivery of their key building projects in a wide range of industries and facility types. Primary market sectors include industrial (manufacturing, pharmaceutical, R&D, warehouse/distribution, heavy commercial, and data centers/tech), waste, vehicle maintenance, central plant, healthcare, Federal and education.Facility related services provided to Owners includes: 1. Owner’s Engineer/Agent to drive the delivery of key upgrades and new facility projects by overseeing a separately contracted design team and contractor on behalf of an Owner. 2. Leadership and management of an entire architectural and engineering design team to provide full design and construction support services to the Owner. Facility related services provided to Architects and Engineers includes bolstering the marketing and project execution capabilities of the design team. Typical support includes business development and marketing, project and/or design management, QA/QC, programming and planning, and client management.Mr. Wolfe also provides management consulting services to Architecture and Engineering firms to enhance their overall business design. These services help a firm to improve their business development, marketing, operations, strategic planning, talent development and M&A activities. A strong communication skill set and approximately 25 year background in the A&E industry including operational, marketing and project related roles allows Mr. Wolfe to uniquely support and help improve a company’s overall business activities and related financial results. The ability to work with both technical and non-technical staff while quickly assessing key organizational challenges provides great value to an company trying to effectively respond to an ever changing industry and marketplace.

Responsible for business development, team identification, programming and design of a wide range of vertical facility projects across multiple industries. Also responsible for maintaining key client relationships, coordination with teaming partners, identifying appropriate resources for project delivery and also providing senior oversight and guidance for the project team. Primary focus areas include Food and Beverage, Heavy Industrial, Manufacturing, Vehicle Maintenance and Waste facilities.

As the Waste Sector Director, Mr. Wolfe is responsible for the marketing, operations (P&L) and program strategies of HDR's Waste Management sector. This sector provides services to both public and private clients in the areas of solid waste planning, public involvement, hazardous remediation, solid waste facilities (transfer stations and material recovery facilities), waste to energy, landfills, organics and program management. HDR continues to be a leader in this market and annually rates in the top 3 of ENR's rankings for waste engineering/consulting firms.

Mr. Wolfe was the operations manager for Minnesota for HDR across all lines of engineering services (transporation, water/waste water, federal, energy, environmental and waste). This role included annual strategic planning, budgeting, staff management, full P&L responsibility, staff development and client management.

Mr. Wolfe served as a project manager, lead mechanical engineer and design manager for numerous vertical facility projects. These facility projects included industrial, railroad, waste, healthcare, military, scient and technology. Mr. Wolfe spent significant time during this period focused on heavy industrial and waste facility projects and through those efforts has taken on technical, marketing and operational leadership roles with HDR to drive and oversee this line of business.
