• Supervise accounting, operations, HR, and executive management teams to ensure continual alignment with long-term business goals.• Identify opportunities to streamline daily operations and optimize cost efficiency, from evaluating existing procedures to monitoring profits and losses against budget parameters.• Spearhead the full employee development lifecycle, from interviewing, hiring, and training promising candidates to evaluating the performances of new managers.• Foster a positive company culture and morale by leading from the front and possessing a genuine interest in employees’ future success.• Direct daily and ad hoc business functions, including developing quarterly budgets and formulating business plans with a keen understanding of key revenue drivers.• Communicate a clear direction and expectations to the team to ensure understanding and drive accountability.• Address customers’ and direct reports’ inquiries as the subject matter expert for all company products and services.• Cultivate a positive customer experience by efficiently and professionally investigating problems, organizing multifaceted logistics, and implementing effective action plans.• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to design top-of-the-line products/services/processes.

-Creating and maintaining sponsorships between Jimmy John’s and local partners such as UAB, Samford University, Birmingham Legion, and many local High Schools in the Birmingham area.-Building and strengthening relationships between our brand and the surrounding communities near each of our Jimmy John’s stores. -Developing grassroots marketing strategies to further our impact throughout the Central Alabama area.

-In charge of all aspects of the operations at a single unit. Hiring & training employees, Managing labor & food cost, as well as preparing the store for monthly corporate audits. -Building customer satisfaction & creating a culture among the staff, daily & weekly paperwork.
