Working with strategy and RAN teams to ensure solutions support strategic, capacity and functionality requirements.• Site Design Lead; responsible for passive & active infrastructure design, product selection and introduction. Working with suppliers to specifiy, select and procure new products. Producing designs to support deployment programmes and working with partners MBNL & EE to ensure network supports current and future 5G technologies.• Technical project Lead; LTE2100 Re-farming & 1400MHz L Band. Business owner and technical lead on critical RAN projects. Working with multiple functions, stakeholders, suppliers and partners to complete E2E design, test, trial, operational readiness, and ensure first phase deployment is progressed on time and on budget.• Technical Vendor management; Samsung, Nokia and various supplier of site infrastrure and antenna systems. Holding technical reviews and influencing roadmap evolution to meet company strategic goals.• Technical management and mentoring of RAN design technical team.• Representation of 3 at inter operator and industry technical forums including technical support to senior stake holders regarding various critical commercial agreements.

Vodafone representative at JOOG (Joint operator olympic Group) design, dimensioning and optimisation of shared stadia DAS and macro infrastructure.
