Full P & L responsibility.Reduced returns rates from 7.4% to sub 2% over 5 years.Won 21/24 industry awards nominated for.

Joined as New Business Development Manager before being promoted to Sales General Manager.103% of plan during tenure as GSM.

Joined as Telephone sales manager before being promoted to run Direct response new business. This role was the culmination of 7 years in 2 companies primarily involved in telephone directory advertising sales.Starting as a tele-sales exec selling adverting in The BT Phone Book rose through supervisory, field sales and sales management roles to eventually set up new direct response advertising businesses for the owners of the business. Also won and delivered training and consultancy contracts with various media companies including The Independent Group in Ireland.
