About Brett Lyle

Having begun my working years at 15 years old, I have held many roles in various industries, to include: sales, public relations, marketing, and strategy/business development in the healthcare (Emergency Medical Services), fitness industry, retail, food and beverage spaces. When I was trying to decide what to major in, as a highschool senior thinking about college, I was given the advice, "Do what you're good at, and that you love, but that will *also* land you a job when you graduate." I chose to study communication and it was the best decision I could have made. I have a passion for people, cultures, and languages and an interest in understanding what makes people tick and why they say "yes" to the things they do. I am a right-brained, Creative, with a deep appreciation for processes and systems. I am a writer. I love food and wine, travel, and taking care of myself in all the ways- mind, body, and soul. I know that when I take care of myself, I show up better for the world around me. I know that I am the only me, and you are the only you, and we have something special and uniquely US to give to the world. It is our obligation to be authentic, to discover and lean into our gifts, and do our best to leave the world a better place, every day. I am going to make a difference in the world. It’s my mission. *** I started Brett Lyle Coaching in 2018, while working full-time for others; the last 3 years (Summer 2021-Fall 2024)I have spent developing my own business, growing my brand, and serving my (mostly public safety/EMS/Healthcare/Emergency Management) network as a Career Success Coach.
