Current• Provides executive leadership for a regional hearing center that promotes the growth of the whole person through highly individualized services that foster physical, intellectual, social, diversity, and emotional development and creates lifelong habits for hearing health• Guides the creation of supportive programs and services that are available to all children in need, raise community awareness, and have capacity to assist children and families with fewer economic resources •. Develops community agency partnerships (University of Louisville, KentuckyOne Health, Norton Healthcare, Jefferson County Public Schools, University of Kentucky) that promote and fulfill the institute’s mission, vision, and purpose • Guided center growth to increase services and education to treat 5,000 to 7,000 patients each year through comprehensive service offerings designed to address communication, hearing loss, and ear-related disorders for all ages• Doubled hearing aid sales and increased ancillary revenue through vestibular therapy services and extending community partnerships.• Supervises the long-term fiscal planning and annual budgeting of $4.5M, including associated capital planning and collaborates with the department heads to develop yearly and long term budgets• Collaborates with Board of Directors to support strong governance and engage explore issues related to financial strategy, increasing community impact, and partnering with state or national associations• Serves as the Institute’s advocate to Kentucky Government constituencies to ensure funding is requested and appropriated so that future Kentucky State revenues continue to be awarded to the HHI/HHLA
