Brett Brooks is a native of Phoenix, Ariz. with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, brand activation, business development, communications and public relations. Brett currently serves as the President of Arizona Foothills Media, building upon the company’s long-standing success, driving growth, leading company strategy, and guiding business objectives related to a diverse suite of media outlets.Prior to joining Arizona Foothills Media, Brett spent 16 years with Troon, the world leader in golf and club management services based in Scottsdale, Ariz. While at Troon, Brett held various roles leading corporate divisions, most recently leading Global Partnerships. During his time at Troon, Brett also launched and oversaw “Troon Magazine,” highlighting the destinations, lifestyle and pursuits of from golf properties around the world. Before Troon, Brett worked for the Visit Phoenix (formerly the Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau). His role included directing media relations and public relations efforts to promote Phoenix as a leading destination for corporate and leisure travel.
