Led buy-side due diligence and data integration, and acted as Executive Integration Partner to our new Vancouver, BC location.Maintain a nationally recognized self insurance plan by focusing on employee health and encouraging employees to be responsible consumers of health care, allowing us to hold employee premiums flat since 2016 while saving PJ over $500,000 annually relative to full insurance.Refinanced our line of credit and term notes with a new banking partner and added an equipment finance facility and acquisition financing.
