With over 15 years of experience in human capital management, leadership, and education, I am the Chief Peep’s 🐥’s Officer at PRACTICE Benefit Corp, a platform that connects educators and learners across the country. In this role, I oversee the talent acquisition, development, and retention of our diverse and passionate team of peeps, who are committed to empowering and inspiring others through innovative and personalized learning experiences. Before joining PRACTICE in April 2023, I served as the Chief Talent Officer at Seton Education Partners and Brilla Public Charter Schools, where I led the design and implementation of a comprehensive talent strategy that supported the growth and success of over 300 educators and staff across six schools. I also have a background in teaching, both as a secondary science teacher and a corps member at Teach For America, where I also held various management positions in recruitment and strategy. I hold a Master's Degree in Human Capital Management from Columbia University and a Master's Degree in Secondary Science from Arizona State University. I am passionate about creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusion at PRACTICE, where we value the diverse perspectives and experiences of our peeps and our learners, and where we strive to make a positive impact on the world through education.
