    Currently teaching an MBA leadership course that I developed on negotiations.Principles that students learn in an MBA program are applied in their daily interactions with others. Each of those interactions are instances of negotiations and moments of leadership. Those moments define who you are. Therefore, while I approach this course as a capstone that synthesizes everything students have learned in MBA school, my focus is, above all, on students' individual development as leaders.
