Dew led Recruitment and Retention Services for active duty Air Force and the District of Columbia (DC) and Kentucky Air National Guard; retired 2017. As the Founder and President of BES Solutions, located in Fort Washington, MD, Dew has earned over 26 years of experience in program and project management, civil engineering, base contracts, and construction, water, and wastewater treatment, human resources, recruiting and retention, diversity recruitment, strategic talent acquisition and management, and staffing solutions. After retiring from the Air Force, Dew served the Federal Government as a Department of Defense (DoD) employee and worked as a defense contractor. FEDERAL CIVILIAN AND CONTRACTOR EXPERTISEAs the Human Resources Staffing Lead for DoD, Dew was responsible for meeting staffing requirements for an agency with more than 3,000 members. Dew aided in developing strategic targets to reduce employee turnover.
