Primary role was to lead the global supply chain for this rapidly growing ecommerce OEM furniture importer by simultaneously managing and expanding the supply chain through supporting current suppliers while adding quality new suppliers primarily in China, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India. BE Power Equipment is a medium sized industrial equipment supplier. Contracted to secure the Supply Chain through the transfer of operations at a critical and sensitive time in the business. Main focus: supplier audits, negotiations, operations, and restructuring of the China operation. Direct report was to the President.
