I managed the regional expansion of EarthCraft House™, a residential environmentally responsible construction program. I also served on the Advanced Rater Task Force for RESNET, the national Home Energy Ratings System organization.

I oversaw construction on $443,000 hard costs during this time (12 homes) that had an appraised value of approximately $936,000.
