Phase 1 consists of helping clients overcome muscular/joint discomfort and/or reduced joint range of movement/control. The sole aim here is to improve movement quality, removing any outlying dysfunction, or asymmetries.Phase 2 teaches the client how to build greater strength, enhance physical performance and reduce risk of future injury. The overall aim of Phase 1 & 2, above and beyond helping the client feel and move better, is to empower them to understand their body and take charge of their progress in the long-term.My continued quest for greater knowledge through podcasts, books, videos, mentorships and general networking, led to the formation and delivery of the premium service that is the ICCA Master Training Pathway.I created the ICCA Master Training Pathway to fill the void between therapy and physical performance. My idea to create this system came from my own experiences after undergoing an ACL (knee ligament) reconstruction in 2008, as well as the clear requirement amongst the general public for a service that cares and attends to their individual needs for their long-term benefit.
