I mostly did data entry work for the Controller but I was also tasked with being responsible for Client Files through internal audits and I helped resolve various small technical issues with staff computers. I billed the VA weekly for the veteran clients we had which due to all of the many hoops we had to jump through to properly bill the VA could take an entire day or more.
