The Woolgoolga to Ballina project involves the duplication of about 155 km's of road to a four-lane divided road on the Pacific Highway through highly environmentally sensitive areas of NSW. The project will be delivered by the Pacific Complete Delivery Partner (DP). I am employed by Laing O’Rourke in the Project Controls team of Pacific Complete (the Delivery Partner). My core responsibilities and activities include:• Setting project baseline that aligns stakeholder expectations around programme, milestones, budget, risk, environment and quality (development of Project Management Plans).• Develop and implement best practice project management procedures and processes enabling the project team to meet procurement, programme, governance and budget objectives.
