• Develop the overall look and structure of websites, web applications, and emails using HTML, CSS, Javascript, Angular and PHP.• Produce, manage, and modify content within agency website using content management systems.• Work closely with team members using Git version control on overlapping projects.• Responsible for ensuring agency websites function on all browsers, devices, and are accessible for all users.• Perform graphic design functions to edit photos, design logos, create web icons, generate publications, and specify branding guidelines.• Serve as a business analyst to assess the needs of internal and external customers, gather requirements, create wireframes, and communicate those requirements to fellow IT staff.
