I have more than 23 years of extensive experience planning Federal, state and municipal courthouses across the country, providing data analysis and projections, staffing estimates, space programming, pre-design guidelines, conceptual design, and phasing plans. My completed projects range in scale from single buildings to multi-facility master plans with millions of square feet, and include both renovations and new construction.My strengths include understanding of justice facility needs and functions, organizational sensibility, and broad range of knowledge in justice system operations. Also, as a recently active member of a Manhattan Community Board 4, I have gained valuable experience representing public interests on public and private projects and developments on the West Side of Manhattan.
