Designed, tested and documented a fully automated Wireless Production Functional Test and configuration system and fixture for Power line communication, Wifi and zigbee enabled devices. Updated and improved efficiency of preexisting TestStand Based Test system. Developed single installer software deployments for Test systems and full documented system setup and the installation process for ease of deployment at multiple contract manufacturers. Improved existing test systems to meet current regulatory requirements for Power Generation devices and Metering. Developed internal software suites for communicating, testing and troubleshooting devices.

Developed Automated Test and Programming Solutions for multiple products including an Energy Consumption Life tester designed to measure the Battery life of a product over time with high accuracy. Designed and Documented production, bed of nails style functional test and programming station for Wireless devices using multiple technologies; Wifi, Zigbee, Z-wave. Assisted in Failure mode analysis on several products, performed Test Analysis and presented findings to design team to collaborate on design for manufacturability and design for test solutions and developed new test methodologies for preventative measures.

Designed, documented and implemented highly efficient and cost effective test and simulation systems for qualification testing and troubleshooting of new avionics maintenance and networking software for U.S. Army helicopter platforms. Significantly increased functionality of existing test system designs at a reduced cost and reduced space requirement allowing for full automation of testing, enhanced performance and data capture in recorded simulated environments with multiple error inducing methods. Drafted, designed, documented and automated Software Acceptance Tests for Avionics Support Software including automated Windows based GUI testing to expedite qualification test performance and documentation. Aided in the redesign of the latest revision of a software suite participating in internal and customer technical design reviews.

Designed innovative products while providing quality engineering and manufacturing assembly support to both in house and overseas production of various commercial and residential A/V electrical/electronic products. Documented all designs and engineering changes as well as designed and captured PCB layout / system drawings. Acted as project lead for development and release of new products overseeing project development ensuring milestones were met and product release was on schedule.
