I design the required UPS infrastructure in data closets that don’t have building UPS.• Telecom support – Created and managed deployment documentation and phone placements required for Telecom teams to complete system wide Avaya VOIP conversions, configuring the new number scheme, and testing prior to cutting the system over.Project Management & Operations (Infrastructure)• Infrastructure Management – I manage and coordinate key infrastructure components which include Network, Telecom, Field Services, and power/data tasks within the project, and during install onsite.• Create site requirements, details, and IT standards for all Wisconsin locations such as data closet spacial requirements, structured cabling to support AP's, PC's, printers, VOIP phone, and network & facility infrastructure (IE...) data rack, grounding, power, cooling, ISP, and UPS's.• Create new floor plans that include device/data layout for new infrastructure installs or personnel moves.• Vendor Installs - ISP site requirements, and install.
