Brett joined RCM Architects in 2009, introducing site design, master planning, recreational / greenway planning, and landscape design services to RCM. Having over 20 years of Landscape Architectural experience throughout the Midwest, Brett brings an analytical and creative focus to our projects.Brett has experience with concept development of projects with varying sizes and scales in both the private and public sectors, construction cost estimating, construction detailing, and management of construction projects. As a Landscape Architect, Brett’s attention to detail and attentiveness to client’s desires helps create outdoor places and spaces to be enjoyed for many years to come.Some of Brett's current projects include: - Site Planning and Construction Management for a state-of-the-art, all-weather track and football field complex at Findlay High School (Findlay, Ohio)- Greenway/Recreational Planning for the City of Findlay Multi-use Trails Master Plan (Findlay, Ohio)- Site Planning and Landscape Design for the new Marathon Center for the Performing Arts (Findlay, Ohio).-Landscape Design and Construction Management for a Healing Garden at the Armes Family Cancer Care Center, part of the Blanchard Valley Health System (Findlay, Ohio)Specialties: Brett has experience in all areas of a project from initial consultation with a client, preparing budgets and proposals, to conceptual and construction drawing development, through final construction administration punchlists and project closeout. His projects have varied in size from large-scale land planning, site planning, and green infrastructure, to small-scale residential landscape development and planting plans.
