I am a practiced executive from the military and civilian sphere with a focus on supply chain operations, financial management, and interagency synergism. Managers talk Business - Leaders talk Logistics, but CEOs talk Business Logistics. While I'm trained in Lean Six Sigma, I'm a firm advocate AGAINST Just In Time Supply Chain Management. I was ridiculed for this because everyone thought our distribution network was invincible. Until our nationwide supply system collapsed in late 2021,No, I can't solve all your problems. I can't make all your wildest dreams come true.
