Sales Manager with Paychex Large Market Retirement Services, leading, coaching and working with Reps and Wholesalers. This team works with plan sponsors and Financial Advisors across the United States. We primarily work with mid-sized plan sponsors with $750k in assets or more to create a fully integrated retirement plan solution. Focus on plan design, investment, fiduciary and educational needs of the company and their employees.

In this role I lead and mentor 850 employees in maintaining and managing aircraft and equipment valued at more than $1.4 billion. I oversee, supervise and inspect aircraft turbine engine and component maintenance, along with communicating leadership philosophies and engaging in team building. Along with enforcing key policies and SOPs, I review personnel job descriptions and areas of special emphasis. Additionally, I review near term training plans, deployments and other readiness issues.

I directed and supervised office staff while serving as principal assistant an advisor to the Combatant Commander for U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). I maintained the Commander’s calendar and coordinated briefings, conferences and travel. I also managed correspondence flow and message traffic, as well as drafted messages and correspondence.HIGHLIGHTS✯ Acted as a trusted agent for the commander, as well as facilitator between Commander, headquarters, special operations component and sub-unified commands and interagency communities.

In this role, I was assigned to USSOCOM Aviation, Intelligence and Reconnaissance Current Operations Division. I was accountable for all Global Force Management functions, including apportionment, allocation, resourcing and tracking of 375 Special Operations Aviation (SOA) assets worldwide in support of continuous global SOF operations. HIGHLIGHTS✯ Deployed to Afghanistan to begin initial coordination and lay framework for combining U.S. and NATO SOF to one command.✯ Credited with increasing use and efficiency of all operational aviation assets from 52% to 84% while servicing and managing numerous customers.✯ Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on employment of SOA and Joint Strategic Planning Process.✯ Contributed as SOA representative and command lead for all USSOCOM aviation projects and reports; communicated regularly with Joint Staff and the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD).

My duties involved allocating resources supporting seven Special Forces Groups, eight SEAL teams, three Ranger Battalions and various Special Mission Units for the only MH47E/G equipped Special Operations Assault helicopter department. In this position, I also managed a $1 million training budget and a 6,900 flying hour program.HIGHLIGHTS✯ Held tactical command and control of department with 500+ personnel, 20 helicopters and associated equipment valued at more than $800 million.✯ Supervised development of operation plans (OPLANs) in response to worldwide contingencies.

I provided leadership for a Special Operations Heavy Lift Combat Assault Helicopter Company consisting of nine highly modified and rapidly deployable MH-47E/G Chinhook helicopters and 114 personnel. This involved planning, coordinating and executing a 2,200-hour/$6.8 million annual flying hour program, along with training, leading and mentoring personnel and their families.HIGHLIGHTS✯ Planned and executed worldwide training and operations in support of the 75th Ranger Regiment, U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force Special Mission Units and over government agencies.✯ Maintained readiness posture capable of immediate worldwide deployment at the direction of the President and Secretary of Defense to execute sensitive missions with direct impact on national security.✯ Led company during numerous tours of combat in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and critical no-notice deployment to Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) that resulted in some of the challenging flying in the history of Army Aviation.✯ Implemented an effective training program that focused the company for continued combat deployments by developing training opportunities, which utilized scarce resources and optimized training.✯ Credited with maintaining 100% accountability of all property and made significant improvements to the consolidated arms room and numerous improvements to the daily quality of life of personnel.✯ Developed and maintained a strong family readiness group for all personnel that ensured preparation at home prior to deployment overseas.

I developed plans for special operations aviation support and interacted with joint service staff and DoD agencies for the development of contingency and operations plans in response to worldwide special operations missions. Additionally, I planned and coordinated operations for rotations at the Combat Training Center and numerous deployments to JCS exercises and routine bilateral training events and contingency response exercises.HIGHLIGHTS✯ Coordinated strategic and commercial airflow for the movement of personnel and equipment for unit OEF rotations and during a complete department-level relief-in-place involving 21 C-17 sorties. Credited for playing a key role in its flawless execution.✯ Selected as the Regiment’s nominee for the General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award.✯ Led coordination with five companies of the department and two other departments to ensure support and maximization of all training.
