🔸 Started and ran, from the ground up, a new Customer Assurance organization in Shanghai, China which was responsible for warranty and after sale engineering support Worldwide. ➤ Organization grew from 1 to 35, eventually providing Worldwide Customer Assurance support for a multi-billion dollar business. ➤ Guided transition team through 2-month slip in production start, achieving a 100% rework in the first 6 months.➤ Built team in Asia to conserve $3.5M in workforce cost and $3M/year in warranty cost.➤ Personally mentored and coached the more than 20+ HP American expats that came to live and work in Shanghai.➤ Delivered supply chain design, product ramp up, and optimization for high volume printer manufacturing.
