As Senior Vice President, I am responsible for the management of a team comprised of 2 Vice Presidents (VPs) and 3 general managers. Furthermore, I implemented best practices and strategies to increase productivity, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. I led the Smart Path Connect project for the New York Power Authority, as well as the North East- East West Solution for National Grid. As an integral member of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), I played a key role in the development of the national language for claiming aspects of work for union employees. Additionally, I represented Michels as a member of the Northeast Line Chapter, District 10, National Electrical Contractors Association.

As General Manager, I successfully oversaw power line and underground utility projects from inception to completion and collaborated with clients, vendors, project teams, contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals were met within designated timeframes. I also negotiated contracts, mitigated project risks, and traveled to sites to perform inspections and conduct safety audits to eliminate incidents.
