Over the last 6 months I have been self-teaching how to draw and make art. Used multiple programs, tools, tactics, and communication skills to keep customers happy and to offer solutions to help their business grow. Exceeded sales goals multiple times. Comcast ended contract with Convergys and business decided to close.

Inbound call center contracted to Directv, now part of AT&T. Received calls from potential residential customers inquiring about service or promotions. Promotions also included setting up internet and landline phones, or cell phones through AT&T Wireless. Expected to inform and persuade callers into running credit checks, 2yr commitments, upfront fees, and any other requirements for getting service. Exceeded sales goals multiple times. Based on multiple statistics received 3rd highest sales conversion rate (100% calls sold) in entire company for one week in 2015.

Independent contractor, driving a truck filled with sweet treats for the neighborhood. Was expected to load truck freezer each morning at dawn, drive through marked areas very slowly, sell product, and build lasting relationships with the customer base. Received commissions minus snacks.

Expected to verify eligibility, troubleshoot issues with receiving discount, and put in new applications for assistance. • Contract with a company that processed donations for charity, such as televangelism or megachurches. Practiced listening skills and took accurate payments.
