Led operations for a sales organization with gross revenues above $5,000,000/month. My oversight:- Human resources: Recruitment, payroll, benefits administration. Recruitment and training of sales team.- Finance: Accounting/taxes, secured LOCs, negotiated credit card processing deals.- Events, Ops & Software: Organized sales training events (+2,000 people). Hired and led a software development team for event management, planned speakers, entertainment, meals, etc. Contract negotiation with vendors, office space, and suppliers.My role was incredibly diverse, challenging, and rewarding! I learned a lot about leadership, team building, and operations efficiency. This prepared me for Teaching Nomad and, ultimately, HelloSubs.
