West Michigan Office - Worked on 3 different projects. Tower 25: Project was close to completion and started with punchlist and finalizing documents for the owners. Demolition: Demolish existing building to make room for new parking garage. Parking Garage: Post-tension multi-story parking garage with heavy earth removal and deep lagging.- Coordinated with tenants, contractors, and inspectors to fix remaining punchlist items. Received final occupancy before scheduled date- Scheduled training for owners building manager and gathered final close out documents for owner meeting the turnover deadlines along the way- Led commissioning process with owners rep, contractors, and inspector to provide documented achievement of specifications for mechanical- Researched and assembled scope of work and bids for demolition project. Coordinated demolition bid packages and walk through. Worked directly with superintendent doing daily safety walk-thru and documenting asbestos testing. Responsible for coordination of on-site efforts when superintendent was absent.- Handled all RFI coordination with contractors, architects, engineers. Updated and distributed construction documents upon clarifications.- Researched and complied bid packages and reviewed RFP for accuracy and scope of work.- Responsible for weekly contractor meetings and minutes. Oversaw quality control pre-pours and tension testing with architect, and structural engineer.- Received my LEED certification

Chicago Office - multi-story assisted living complex with residents occupying the building. Demolition of old living center still needed to be completed along with retention pond at end of property.- Coordinated punchlist efforts. Compiled list, prioritized items with contractors and coordinated with current residents and building owners. Extreme care and coordination was taken not to disrupt current resident, potential residents and day to day operations of the building.- Facilitated and participated in owner walk through. Were able to gained the owners buy-in for a check off process that was key for final close out of the project- Worked with my project manager and superintendent providing necessary details and collected data to finalize billings and reconcile accounts on contractor and owner disputes.
