University Of Denver Ritchie Center

April - August 2016 filled in as substitute swim coach. September 2016 begin coaching ~30 members of Gold Group (uber competitive 10-13 year olds). During my time there, team was ever lower than 3rd in state competitions. Many swimmers won high point and set state records. National rank when I started was 134th and the last year we were 17th.

After 9 wonderful years of OOH with CBS/Outfront, I spent 16-months, 7-days a week, 4-6 hours a day, care-taking for my old swim coach who had Frontotemporal Dementia. The legend passed away the day after Thanksgiving 2016.

Negotiation with landowners (lessors) to aquire new billboard locations and renewing current leases. Also work closely with municipalities on sign code. Handle all billboard improvements and coordination of upkeep with operations department. Coordination of rental payment to lessors and all correspondence regarding leases.

Computer Tape Drive Channel Sales. Began hourly and found success in government customers and eventually moved into Sales Manager position. Worked with resellers (CDWG, GTSI, Softchoice, etc.), wholesalers (Ingram Micro, Tech Data, etc.), and Federal/State/Local government as well as University decision makers world-wide.

Directed 80+ year-round swimmers (USS Swimming Club Member) and 2 assistant coaches. Founded and directed learn to swim program and swim clinics for non-year-round swimmers. Acted as the Assistant Head Coach for 6months in 1995, and also as the Assistant Age-Group Coach from 2002-2004.

Identified New Products & Services, developed relationships, learned product/service lines, sold marketing plans, created on-line presence, educated sales staff, order processing, accounts payable/receivable.

Sole swim & dive coach for 25 member boys team, 65 member girls team (dive coach for 4 area schools - Standley Lake, Arvada, AWest & Pomona). Girls Conference Champions every year, top 5 at state each year. Men top 10 at State every year, Conference runners-up all but one year. Multiple All-Conference, All-State, and All-American swimmers & divers.
