As Estimator, I work closely with the project management team. I am proficient in evaluating bid specifications and drawings, compiling bid documents, and tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. With my experience as a project manager/estimator and degree in construction management, I have the skills, knowledge, and dedication to assure a proper scope of work will be performed.

Managed multiple projects in the Chicago market, ranging from $10k to $1M, including renovations and new construction in active emergency rooms, municipal buildings, research facilities, universities, and museums. Headed team of estimators, superintendents, foremen, safety officers, field labor, and AutoCAD operators; coordinated site activities; and oversaw quality compliance. Trained maintenance personnel during project close-out meetings.

Led weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate schedules, facilitate teamwork, and monitor quality for the nation’s 35th largest homebuilder.
