- Created facility layouts in AutoCAD from scratch for 8 warehouse campuses totaling 2 million square feet- Led a revamp & relaunch of atrophied labor management system (LMS). Responsible for all technical data such as time studies, routing, WMS logic & information flow into LMS. Also responsible for implementing the LMS by working with operations management, team leads, and union operators.- Led a a case pick item slotting project from scratch. Absorbed relevant information from the team, used historical data from WMS to create algorithm for item location slotting within warehouse. - Warehousing standards, general WMS logic, operator support

- Facility layout ownership for 500,000 sqft machining & foundry.- Cost deployment per part number- Asset management for over 7,000 assets- Project managed tear down and shipment of 200' machining line to international location- Facility planning for capital projects such as new equipment and relocating lines- Worked closely with non union operators to develop standard work and production rates (automated & manual cells).
