I learned the value of hard work my from parents: my mom was a meat wrapper and my father was a plumber. I'd work the summers with my father until I got a Seattle Times paper route. When I was 15, I got a job at Nordstrom Rack in the men's department. It is at Nordstrom that I really learned the value of customer service. Through the years I've mainly performed sales work at Video Only, Renton Honda, Guaranty Mortgage, Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker and Mattress Firm. I've always put the customer's needs first and have sold products that I believe in (as recommended by the great Zig Ziglar) and that has been the secret to my KPI success. That, and of course hard work. Getting an education was always important to my parents and I've taken their advice to gradually work towards my BA at UW Seattle. I'm 9 credits (2 classes) and the need to meet the foreign language requirement from earning my BA in Geography which I plan to wrap up soon. Having learned how to enthusiastically promote the features, advantages and benefits of hundreds of different products and services to many thousands of customers I'm fully prepared to transition to a new career and would love to join a team who can mentor me along the way.If your company puts customers first and has great products and/or services to offer, please reach out. Best regards, Brett Meade
