Team integrated the pre-boarding and onboarding (Day 1-90) experiences, inclusive of background checks, work authorizations, equipment selection, and launch plans.• Head of Student Programs (2019-2021) – led the function responsible for hiring 20k+ students globally in 2020 (+49% YoY) as interns or full-time employees. Managed a $40MM+ budget and team size of 200+ working across 15 countries in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.• Head of Human Resources – Consumer, APAC & ME (2018-2019) – led 150+ person HR team supporting 18k+ employees in Australia, China, India, Japan, and Middle East. • Head of Human Resources – Worldwide Customer Service (WWCS) (2016-2018) – led 250+ person HR team in 24 physical locations in 11 countries throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, supporting 25k+ employees. Led a two-year global wage strategy project across the WWCS network, resulting in changing employee levels, base wages, and variable pay for associates. Changes offered associates a more stable pay structure while remaining budget-neutral and giving the operations team more flexibility in staffing associates.• Head of Human Resources – North America Customer Service (2015-2016) – led 110+ person HR team that supported 12k+ employees working for Amazon’s North America consumer businesses; sites included locations throughout Costa Rica, India, South Africa, and US. Facilitated the annual and mid-year planning processes for the WWCS HR leadership team, inclusive of annual goal and budget planning.
