In his role, Brett is responsible for creating and delivering the organizational strategy for people data, including data governance, tools, technologies, and team development, to make better decisions about all aspects of HR and talent strategy. With an emphasis on creating a data-driven, insight-led, and people-first culture, Brett is passionate about moving leaders away from solely making decisions on gut feel.Brett is an international keynote speaker and recognized thought leader on Forbes Human Resources Council and HR.com, continually developing understanding of how people analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, HR technologies, and employee experience are shaping the future workforce.
