I have 20 years of experience working on a wide variety of projects pertaining to facility management, environmental remediation, hazardous materials abatement, and oversight of operational resource allocation. My main areas of expertise include guiding my clients in the development of facility expansion/reduction plans and to partner with key stakeholders to encourage continuous evaluation of facility-borne hazards. Among others, I have worked with universities, defense contractors, large commercial clients, USPS, various branches of the U.S. government and military, municipalities, and various architectural/engineering firms. My day-to-day client responsibilities include business development, program management, and development of responsible facility/environmental stewardship. I've been the main evaluation consultant and program design partner for several large-scale clients and remediation projects since 2004.
