I am responsible for every cycle of beer production while coordinating with my Head Brewer and Master Brewer to properly execute procedures and daily tasks. I ensure proper development in brewing beer to specific recipes while observing all sanitation and safety procedures. I am responsible for creating SOP forms while following strict guidelines regarding safety and QA. As a shift lead, I am in charge of guiding my team through rigorous schedules and manage our efficiency through leadership. I see the entire brewing process through, from malt handling to brewing, to fermentation and yeast management to packaging, as well as handle hazardous materials and maintain the brewery, operate brewing equipment, clean and sanitize all equipment, tanks, and work areas to maintain consistent beer quality. At the end of the day, it's all about seeing patrons on the other side enjoying a quality product that my team and I created and worked so hard for. I'll cheers to that any day!
