Design, develop, and deliver microcredentials for national and regional security planning in the Pacific.

This new role allows me to contribute to the intelligence faculty at the Department of Security Studies and Criminology (formerly PICT) at Macquarie University.

I am responsible for designing and building a risk intelligence function. Risk intelligence is an emerging domain of intelligence practice, which when embedded, will strengthen the risk management framework as we confront unprecedented change in internal and external environments.

In this exciting new role, I will lead a small team and a wider Centre of Excellence servicing the knowledge-intensive demands of innovation at the enterprise level, ranging from incremental to transformative initiatives, as well as driving thought leadership around the emerging field of 'innovation intelligence'.

In this new role, I lead the design, management and execution of strategic option in-market experimentation to enable Suncorp to learn about external structural change as both threat and opportunity, test alternative business models that will help the Group renew its business model and bring a customer platform strategy to life in ways that are differentiated and sustainable.

A new capability and role, supporting Suncorp's broader strategic agenda by helping future proof the business to remain relevant, resilient and competitive well into the future. Specifically, my role embraces thought leadership, horizon scanning, sense-making, strategic learning, strategic risk monitoring, and community management.

The Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers (AIPIO) is the peak representative body for all intelligence professionals in Australasia.

Founder, Director and Principal Consultant of the boutique consulting practice specialising in intelligence-led approaches for managing uncertainty in strategic planning.

Developed the first fully-articulated postgraduate intelligence education qualifications in Australia, and led the Intelligence Education Program.

Developed the analytic concept of operations for this newly-created agency, and led the analytical team.

Developed the Military Intelligence Development Strategy, including the synchronisation of all elements of intelligence capability development.

Led strategic planning and analytic engagements throughout Australia and overseas, with an emphasis on the provision of executive-level advice and the development of strategic planning capability.

Developed and managed the trial of an intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capability across Australia, including integrated modeling, wargaming and field trials.

Responsible for strategic planning underpinning the development of national-level plans for counterterrorism.
