Responsibilities: • Manage all exempt recruitment and hiring in West Division of Americas Materials.• Work proactively with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their immediate and upcoming hiring needs.• Actively source candidates through job boards and professional networking sites as well as review every applicant within 24 hours of applying.• Post all positions to multiple job boards and government compliance sites.• Conduct confidential searches as needed for upcoming vacancies.• Pipeline passive talent who fit the pedigree and profile of CRH.• Conduct regular follow-up calls and in-person meetings with managers and HR partners.• Schedule interviews between managers and candidates and manage expectations between both parties.• Salary negotiation and benefits explanation.• Draft internal and external offer letters and benefit summaries.• Use Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors and JobScience) to organize candidate resumes, search candidates, and keep in compliance with OFCCP regulations.

Publish print articles online while maximizing outbound links (Wordpress, Basic HTML); resize and manipulate images regularly for online posts, print, and newsletters (Photoshop); created weekly newsletters (MailChimp); manage contributors and maintain content schedules (MS Suite, BaseCamp); correspond with advertisers for event listings, then organize and reformat listings for print; manage online event postings and e-mails, as well as general inquiries; write print and online features and articles; create social media posts and schedules.

Write blog posts, articles and site copy that develop SEO and cross-linking; create newsletters twice a week (MailChimp); manage tasks of in house web designer; maintain online presence on multiple social media sites (Hootsuite); research hiring processes of major banks and hedge funds to build “Hire Intelligence” database; content management in Drupal backend.
