I taught an online bootcamp course on UX/UI Design & Development trough Trilogy Education for the University of Arizona. My duties included reviewing and providing feedback on curriculum, setting up lessons for 3 nights a week, teaching the curriculum over Zoom, managing breakout learning sessions, and reviewing and grading student homework assignments.

Duties include overseeing all development projects, managing, training and mentoring the web development team, providing wireframes and other web strategy, managing client relations concerning web development, agency strategic planning and goal setting, managing multiple marketing automation campaigns and assets for clients, as well as making any agency level decisions on technology and web development practices. Standard web development duties primarily include developing custom WordPress themes and admin interfaces, developing custom landing pages and email campaigns, as well as managing the server and hosting for all clients' websites and managing any marketing automation assets and campaigns in such platforms as Eloqua (Certified Eloqua Product Master), Marketo, Pardot, and Act-On.

Freelance design work, below are examples of companies and work completed.Cisco Systems - Created flash animations and custom artwork for Cisco training courses to educate employees and make a more efficient work force. Pepsi - Created an internal Flash slideshow presentation for a quarterly meeting to allow Pepsi to present an otherwise boring presentation in their signature style. Ricoh - Worked on an internal Flash training program covering their line of products designed to make the Sales team an even more effective unit within the company.

I was pivotal in building the company from an internet startup to an industry juggernaut and exponentially multiplying profits through the application of business analysis, marketing strategies, and usability concepts in design and development. I built a marketing design team from 1 designer (me) to 15 designers and developers and lead the creative direction of the team in applying marketing and usability concepts to create effective landing pages and optimize conversions.Some of the major projects I worked on include hands on creative direction of our custom PHP framework API built on the MVC framework model, training and developing the skills of all new hires for web design and development, creating web standards for all HTML4, CSS2, and Javascript used in our landing pages, overseeing and executing the transition to HTML5, conducting data analysis and marketing strategy to improve conversions by evolving the user experience, and leading all day-to-day activities in the web design and development teams.The main software being used during these projects has been Photoshop for designing and Aptana Studio for development. The programming languages used during these projects are HTML4/HTML5, CSS2/CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, and PHP.

From my start as a Graphic Designer I was breaking down walls that tried to define what an online learning experience had to be. By designing online course content using Adobe Photoshop and Flash I was able to provide a truly interactive -learning experience. This course content included Flash-based learning games and custom animations for college level e-learning courses. As the Senior Graphic Designer I was able to have an even more direct impact of the creative direction of the course content while leading a team of 10 designers. In this role I was able to expand my skills and bring the e-learning experience to an even higher interactive level as the project manager on special projects including audio and video production projects.
