Here's a little bit about me: I'm an award-winning B2B marketer, but my journey spans public relations, business development, and branding. Put bluntly: I love figuring out how businesses attract attention, convert that attention into customers, and track the journey. I'm currently working on a PhD-BA in strategic marketing with a focus on go-to-market strategies in the cannabis industry. Beyond the credentials, I'm a rebel at heart. My approach to the cannabis sector is defined by radical transparency and a relentless drive to foster genuine change. I'm known for my candid insights and unwavering commitment to integrity, often challenging the status quo and spotlighting the industry's ne're-do-wells. The spicier the topic, the more I think we should be talking about it in the open. I'm the co-founder and managing partner of Good Highdeas, a bespoke advisory firm. This has allowed me to extend my expertise to a wide array of clients, from industry pioneers to newcomers through fractional and contract roles, consulting or advisory arrangements, and more. I help businesses get more out of their sales, marketing, and revenue operations departments on both the plant-touching and ancillary sides of the cannabis industry.I also empower individuals and teams with personal branding and their social media presence through the Elite Cannabis Operators Mastermind group. Outside my professional life, I'm a passionate advocate for Pitbulls and veterans. My personal interests include Star Wars, Magic: The Gathering, and exploring the world of Pokemon Go.
