I inspire people and organizations to find and connect to their ‘Extraordinary Why’ (Their purpose) to empower them to make significant, meaningful contributions that truly matter to the world! How did I find my voice? After 20 years as an executive with multinational firms and a stint as an entrepreneur, I founded and chaired three Vistage CEO Peer Advisory Boards. The CEOs I coached encouraged me to start speaking to other boards. “But I’ve got nothing to say,” I responded. “Sure you do! Just tell them the kinds of things you say when you coach us.” (Their response immediately told me I was getting the whole ‘coaching thing’ wrong. Clearly I was speaking WAY too much as a coach!)
