Brett opened CAST Nevada with his retail commercial real estate team, CNR Retail, in 2023. Prior to CAST, Brett worked at Colliers International for eight years and began his career in commercial real estate with SVN The Equity Group in Southern Nevada. He has spent over a decade in the industry assisting his clients by providing market knowledge, expertise in negotiations, and helping them expand into multiple markets. Brett specializes in retail and F&B for the Las Vegas Strip, mixed-use properties, adaptive reuse developments, and tenant representation.Brett is a partner in the redevelopment of the Intersection at Commerce and Main Street in Downtown Las Vegas. He helped grow the company to over 30 locations in 8 States. In 2022, The Chicken Shack was voted into the Top 40 Hottest Startup Fast Casual restaurants in QSR Magazine. Brett is an ICSC member, and active as a NAIOP Southern Nevada member having graduated from the Developing Leaders Institute in 2016.
