About Brett Ruffino

As a strategic business professional, I have 20+ years of experience in all aspects of operations, learning and development, and customer experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial capacities. Whether turning around an underperforming, multi-store retail operation, facilitating leadership training for management leaders, or empowering corporate decision makers with solutions that maximize operations, employee engagement, and customer experience, I’m up for the challenge. Throughout my career, I’ve gained the most capital from people expressing the impact I’ve had in their own careers simply by giving them time. I love investing in others. It’s addicting. It’s my passion. As the founder of 10 PAPERCLIPS, I leverage my executive leadership knowledge and skills to bridge the gap between what C-Suite leaders want, what the field needs to execute, and what the customer needs and expects to generate a powerful ROI. I have a history of overcoming big challenges and achieving big wins.At Do Process, I serve as the Director of Sales and Business Development, focusing on helping businesses across the South and Southeast to realize their potential to help them grow their business through standardized training and onboarding processes. ► I became a two-time executive at Aaron’s, Inc. by the time I was 37. A benefit of achieving this at such a young age, is my ability to understand and engage millennial consumers, providing fresh and innovative ideas and solutions.► As a consultant, I leveraged my experience on both the operational and learning and development sides of retail business to get clients high impact results without spending hundreds of thousands of dollars.► 10 PAPERCLIPS takes a solution-based approach, matching clients with vetted specialists qualified to address specific organization pain points by speaking up, leading change, and being part of the solution.Growing up, my parents demonstrated a servant’s heart; and through their example, I learned not to judge others, to keep an open mind, and to prioritize building relationships with people. To quote the great Zig Ziglar: “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want.” I’m getting exactly what I want by serving others and providing a pathway to success.
